How it works

Three decisions, then a link.

  • Which records

An Attio list, or an object with a filter. Membership follows on the next check.

  • Which attributes

A new view publishes nothing. You switch on the attributes you want your viewer to see, one at a time, and rename them if the internal label is not the one you would use with a client.

  • Who can open it

An unlisted link, a password, an email or domain allowlist, an expiry date or a number of opens. Combine as many as the situation deserves.

Exposure

Every attribute starts hidden.

A new view publishes nothing. You switch on the attributes you want your viewer to see, one at a time, and rename them if the internal label is not the one you would use with a client. Everything you did not switch on stays on our side of the wall. It is never sent to the browser, so there is nothing extra in the page source for anyone to find.

Questions

The four questions people ask first.

The rest are on the pricing page and in the docs.

Does a viewer need an Attio seat?

No. They open a link. There is no account with us and no seat in your workspace. On a gated view they enter a password or an email address, and nothing more.

How current is the page?

On a paid plan we check Attio every 5 minutes up to 500 records, every 15 minutes up to 5,000, and hourly up to 50,000. Free views check every hour. A paid view above 500 records also gets a check for newly created records every 5 minutes. A smaller one does not need one, because its full check is already that often. Nothing else moves faster: a record that changes into the view, or out of it, waits for the next full check. Every plan has a Sync now button, and the view shows when it last updated.

Can I take it down?

Pause or unpublish the view. The view stops resolving on the next request and every viewer session is signed out with it. Your configuration is kept, so the same page can come back.

Can a viewer change anything?

Only the attributes you mark editable. By default a change does not reach Attio on its own. It waits in your dashboard beside the value Attio holds now, and it is written when you approve it. If you would rather not review each one, the view can apply them straight away and record what changed.

Connect Attio, pick a view, send the link.

About five minutes. The free plan stays free, and nothing has been shared until you press publish.
