PublicViews sits between your Attio workspace and the person you are sharing with. Here is every decision that layer lets you make.
Every attribute starts hidden
A new view publishes nothing. Switch on the attributes your viewer should see, one at a time. What you leave off never reaches the browser.
Who can open it
An unlisted link, a password, an email or domain allowlist, an expiry date or a number of opens. Combine as many as the situation deserves.
Viewer edits, on your terms
A viewer changes an editable attribute and, by default, it waits in your dashboard beside the value Attio holds right now until you approve it. If approving each one is not worth your time, a view can apply them straight away instead, with the same checks and a record of what changed.
Table, board, or record
Columns you choose with search and sort, a board grouped by a status attribute, or one record per view. All three on every plan, including free.
Send the link once
Change a record in Attio and the view has it on the next check. On a paid plan we check Attio every 5 minutes up to 500 records, every 15 minutes up to 5,000, and hourly up to 50,000. Free views check every hour.
You see the view before anyone else does
Before you publish, the preview renders the exact view your viewer gets, with your real records and only the attributes you chose. Check it against reality, not a settings screen.

Records
An Attio list, or an object with a filter. Membership follows on the next check.
Branding
Your logo, your brand colour, and a light or dark theme. The badge comes off on every paid plan.
Analytics
Visits on every plan. Paid adds unique viewers, referrers and edit counts, and Pro adds a per-viewer access log you can export.
The kill switch
One click pauses a view, and everyone reading it is signed out.
