A status page per client, from the pipeline you already keep.

The situation

Your client asks where things stand. The answer is in Attio, and they cannot see it. So you screenshot the board, or you write the same status email you wrote last week, or you keep a Google Sheet next to the CRM and update it twice.

What changes

Filter the list to that client’s records, switch on the five attributes they care about, put it behind their email domain, and brand it as yours. Send the link once. Move a card in Attio and their page has it at the next check.

Give the account manager an editable notes field if you want them adding context without logging into anything. Their edits queue for your approval, so nothing they write reaches your CRM unread.

Setup, in order

filter by client, table or board layout, hide internal attributes such as margin and internal owner, gate by their email domain, brand it, publish.

Watch out for

Internal-only attributes with innocent names. Use the exposure preview and read the page as your client, not as yourself.

Publish one view and see what your client sees.
