What one Attio seat costs, and what it gets you.
Attio’s help centre says restricting someone to a single list needs their Pro plan, and that the person will still see every record in your workspace. Attio Pro is $99 per user per month billed monthly, $79 billed annually.
PublicViews Pro is $39 a month for every viewer you have, and they see the attributes you picked on the records you picked.

Pricing questions
Do you charge per viewer?
No, on any plan. A hundred people or ten thousand people opening your view costs the same. There is a fair-use ceiling on monthly page views to catch scrapers, and crossing it starts a conversation rather than breaking your page.
What counts as a published view?
One shareable page. One list published for one audience is one view. If you publish the same list twice with different attributes for two different clients, that is two.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and we do not ask for a card. One view, read-only, with our badge on it. If that is all you need, keep it.
Why is editing on paid plans only?
Writing back to your CRM is the largest part of the product and the one that needs the most care: validation, an approval queue, an audit log, rate limits. Reading is free. Writing is not.
Does a viewer's edit go straight into Attio?
No. It waits for you. Every edit lands in your dashboard as a pending change, shown beside the value Attio holds now, and we write nothing until you approve it. No setting skips this.
How often does the page check Attio?
On a paid plan we check Attio every 5 minutes up to 500 records, every 15 minutes up to 5,000, and hourly up to 50,000. Free views check every hour. A paid view above 500 records also gets a check for newly created records every 5 minutes. A smaller one does not need one, because its full check is already that often. Nothing else moves faster: a record that changes into the view, or out of it, waits for the next full check. Every plan has a Sync now button, and the page shows when it last updated.
What happens to my views if I downgrade or my card fails?
You get seven days with everything running. After that, views over your new limit are paused rather than deleted, and a paused view shows a plain unavailable page instead of breaking. A gated view stays gated. We never open a page up because a payment failed.
Can I put a view on my own domain?
Not yet, on any plan. Every published view is served from a publicviews.app link. Custom domains are built as far as claiming and verifying a hostname, and no hostname serves a page, so we are not selling them. The roadmap says where they sit.
Can I move a view between plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated. Paused views wait for you to resume them, so nothing goes back online without you.
Do you have an annual discount?
Two months free. There is no multi-year contract, and we are not going to push you into one.
Do you offer a DPA?
On Business and Enterprise. Ask and we will send it.
What if Attio ships this themselves?
Cancel. It is monthly, and every record stays in Attio because we never held the original.
